I didn't get to stay at this hotel, as I had to cancel my TWO ROOMS I had reserved. I called to cancel both rooms, and specifically said two rooms. I was told it was taken care of and I would not be charged. I was charged 102.12 because one room was in my fathers name and I didn't mention that.
I called repeatedly long distance speaking to a manager who would take this to her boss. Called one day four times (as i was told to call back in about 30 minutes and she'll be back) and was never called. Left messages for the general manager, who NEVER called me. Finally spoke to the manager and obviously this was all my fault, that's the way it was stated. When I asked her why she didn't call me back, her comment was "I was off and it's not like I can call you from my home"
I will never stay at Wyndham and don't recommend anyone else.

HORRIBLE. Despite the nice room, the noise destroys what could've been a pleasant stay. There is no insulation between upper and lower rooms. I could hear the man above me on his phone call for an hour. The front desk clerk was excellent at asking the man to quiet down. That was finally around 11pm. I am someone that needs a full night of sleep, so waiting till 11pm for the hotel to quiet down was rough. But I thought it would still be an acceptable night of sleep. Sadly, there were many people coming in and out of their rooms throughout the rest of the night and they were loud as though it was 1pm in the afternoon. As if this wasn't enough noise, the TRAIN that roars by at 2:45am is enough to RUIN your stay. I would advise you stay away. I am in town for a conference and have had the worst night of "sleep" in my memory. Look elsewhere. This hotel should disclose the railroad's proximity.

My room had no remote for the TV. The info given on the hotel said 54 channels which is good for a hotel room. After 3 calls to the front desk they finally brought me a remote. However, it was just a remove to the TV, not to their cable service, so...

Quite. Good breakfast, parking, exercise room, shower.It's getting a bit tattered in some places. Broker door knob, molding in bathroom. Didn't seem to measure up to the standards of Wingate hotels I stayed in other places.

The hotel was just off the main highway and was very convenient. The staff was extremely friendly, the rooms (we booked three), were clean and comfortable, and the free breakfast bar was delicious. We will definitely use this hotel on future visits.
