The staff was confused regarding pre-arranged reservation. The young female desk clerk was not very informative upon arrival. They needed to have a pool added to facilities. The night manager was extremely helpful in locating Riverboat Casino and obtaining directions.

to return to the Wingate by Wyndham - Arlington Heights.

It was very good quality for it's price, conveniently located, quiet, clean and well appointed. I rarely take advantage of continental breakfast or free newspapers, but having high speed internet and a micro-fridge in the room was great.
Desk staff was very welcoming and polite, tried to be helpful with pointing out area dining and offering directions.
