Wingate by Wyndham

I love Wingate and would stay at any other, but not this one. Staff was very unhelpful to the point of being rude. Room had several problems including no hot water and broken internet. No attempt to fix the problems while I was there. Manager took six days to return my call - and corporate never responded to my letter or email, they just sent it to the manager. Manager offered a free room coupon I sent it back - wouldn't stay if it was free!

If you need to be in the area the Marriott Northwest is just blocks away. Hotel was immaculate - staff was professional and courteous - Restaurant was excellent - it is where I stay on all return trips.

My room was very clean, the hotel was very fresh and up-to-date. Internet access was included, the breakfast was surprisingly good, and the front desk was on top of it. They have maps for local venues and even highlighted it so I knew exactly where to go on every turn. I'll be back!

It's a very nice and clean hotel with a courteous staff. It was conveniently located to the convention we were attending.

My stay at Wingate was very enjoyable. The hotel was very clean and up to date with style. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and relatives and would definitely stay at another Wingate Inn in the future.
