Wingate by Wyndham Hotel

I stayed at the Wingate with a friend, and we were generally very happy with everything, including the breakfast. The only problem we had was a missing light bulb in one of the lamps near a bed.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: The room was well decorated. The bathroom was sparkling clean with plenty of towels, nicely folded, and toiletries. There was a refrigerator and coffee maker and breakfast was easy to get downstairs.

This hotel was very difficult to find, even with directions. Very little in the way of signage.

I like wingate inn, but expected that all wingate inns would have pillow top beds like the one in little rock. The birmingham inn did not have a pillow top, but rather had an uncomfortable mattress.

The only bad experience was during checkout. Somehow the rates got changed between checkin and checkout. When this was pointed out to the clerk on duty, she said she could not make changes without approval from the manager. However, the manager was not in
