Located right off highway 80 on victorian way. This place is rundown, old, smelly and filthy. I went to reno on a business trip and this was the only place i could find that still had rooms available on such short notice. They charged me the weekly rate (i was staying a week) which means that the room was only cleaned ONCE while i was there. I was told I would have to take my trash to the trashcans myself. No new sheets, towels, NOTHING. The entire place smells like cig smoke. The walls were dirty.
They also rented the hotel rooms like an apartments. Some people were staying there for months at a time because they were evicted from former houses etc. The manager of this sleazy dive was equally disturbing (he is also the manager of the Aloha INN which is just down the road (avoid that place as well).
There were several families that were living there in one room. For example the room next to mine had 2 adults and 3 children (only one room 2 beds). She told me she was evicted from her apartment because of a drug bust and that they had been staying there for the last 2 months. Honestly, this place is just awful. Try anywhere else. Super 8's, Motel 6's, casino hotels, whatever you can afford, but DO NOT stay here, you will regret it if you do.
