Hotel is very old and cheesy. Carpet was last changed approximately 1986. The room did not feel clean. We had to request our bed sheets be changed because the ones on the bed when we arrived were stained. I have no idea how this hotel was ever rated a 3 star. This hotel would be satisfactory for a 1 star stay, but only marginal for a 2 star. It is certainly not a three star and would require a complete renovation in order to be so.

We have stayerd here several times while visiting friends. There are a number of other motels in this part of Mesa and many of them are very bad. This motel is clean, the staff is excellent, we feel very safe, and we especially enjoy the pool and...

The air conditioner did not work. We were locked out of our room every day. There was no refrigerator and no ashtrays. It had a dirty bathroom. There were not enough towels and not enough pillows. They did not make the beds every day, or vacuum. We stayed there for four nights and there were four of us in the room.
I am not likely
to return to the Windemere Hotel & Conference Center.
I would not recommend it to friends.
Very accommodating & friendly staff.
