I would not stay at a Microtel Inn ever again, particularly this one.
This clerk was not friendly at check-in, our air conditioner did not work, the windows were broken, we were guaranteed a corporate rate online with tax included, and when we checked in it was not offered.
On top of that, every time you took a shower the water was freezing cold. Other people on the second floor were complaining about the water issue too.
Plus they charge you a “safe fee” even when you don’t even use it, or asked for it.
