The hotel rug could have been cleaner. I felt I could not walk barefoot because it had stains. I called for someone to get my luggage and after waiting forty minutes, I took it down to check out myself.

The problem I had was that I had to ride the escalator to register, I had my suit case in front of me and when I got to the top my suit case got stuck and I fell over it and hurt my arm.

The price was high for the size of room.

The bathrobes were too small. The maid got me a bigger, brand new robe right away. The restaurant prices were way too high compared to my previous experiences with midtown hotels. The rooms were small and the furniture was uncomfortable.

This hotel made me feel welcome: They had courteous counter personnel and bell captain. They offered instant recommendations for eateries, both internal to the hotel and nearby localities. The entry traffic, cabs, and guests, was unmanaged and congested except after midnight.

The bars were not open and only one restaurant was open. We had to go to another hotel for a drink.

This hotel made me feel entertained: It was a cool place and they had a hoppin trendy nite-sopt on the property.

I would go back in a heartbeat, just not sure I could afford it without winning another sweepstakes!

This hotel made me feel pampered: Everyone was so nice, the room and the area were fabulous. Even though the room was simple, we felt like very important guests.

This hotel made me feel sophisticated: They provide the Wall Street journal for free.

I really enjoyed staying at the W hotel. I will be trying other W hotels. It was a wonderful experience.

The hotel was somewhat dirty and was way over-priced. It was too dark inside. My bathroom had not been redone and was much lower quality than the rest of the hotel interior.

The staff provide care service to every guest as part of the room tab.

This hotel made me feel pampered: Everything we wanted they had, and if they didn't have it they'd get it. They were very respectful, kind and helpful. Everything was just excellent. I was more than satisfied.
