My room was spotless, a new sofa, very comfortable bed and quiet.

$60 price was well worth it.

I found it to be a bit cleaner and in better repair than some area 1-star motels priced just a few $$ lower. Shows some pride of ownership. I liked the channels available on TV. Denny's right next door. About 3 miles from freeway. I was somewhat disgusted at the soiled furniture. Different prices/amenities available depending on size of bed. Speaking of beds, my mattress was worn out--I sunk into it. Not all rooms have real kitchenette, but smaller rooms at least have fridge and microwave.
