We spent a week here during the last week of September. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The room was nice and spacious. There was a nice

coin laundry for the use of the guests. Both pools were clean and seemed to be well maintained.

There were a few negatives as in any hotel. The indoor pool was not heated, the fridge in our room froze everything we put in it and there was no way to turn it down. We also had to pay for ice which I was not happy about. On the plus side, there are 2 separate lodges in this complex. The staff seemed to place the families with children in one and the older guests in the other. We were in the south lodge and did not have to deal with a lot of young children running around.

The north lodge surrounds the pool with a giant slide. This is excellent for the families with young children. My experience with this hotel was overall a very good one. I would definitely recommend it to friends.
