We recently enjoyed a very pleasant stay in the newly renovated WIlliamstown Motel (formerly the Chimney Mirror). Our room was quiet, very clean, and the amenities offered were more than just adequate. This family run motel offered us an opportunity to enjoy a peaceful respite so that we could visit the local museums - and have a wonderful buffet lunch in the Spice Root restaurant nearby. After reading recent reviews, we must let everyone know this was for us a very positive experience under its new ownership and management. We especially enjoyed the warm, colorful decor of the rooms. Great value!
Clean and comfortable rooms. Good housekeeping. Service available per request. Walking distance to Williams College and a variety of restaurants. Easily access to shopping, grocery store and any other necessities.

Not a cookie-cutter experience. Each room has different stencilling on walls. Convenient to Williams College and to MassMoCa. Best part - rooms are usually available.
