Excellent
I arrived for a two-day stay and, although I was a little early, the room was ready and check-in was easy. The hotel had accommodated the requests I had made regarding room size, location and amenities so that was appreciated.

Rooms nice, beds super! Staff friendly and professional. Charges $10.00!!! for Wired internet in rooms. That is a super rip off for a place that charges over $100 a night!! It is a long long long walk to ice machines in the long halls. Place is overrun with training people and conventions. BUT, it does give a good night's sleep.

They advertise free wi-fi connection, yet it is only free if you sit by the front desk. You have to pay to get internet in your room. It is kind of a rip off given the cost of the hotel.
The brand name made me feel sophisticated. The Marriott hotels is a known upper class hotel and you feel elegant staying there because of that.
I am very likely
to return to the Williamsburg Marriott.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

I have always found Marriott to be a cut above the rest. I did not like the fact that wireless internet service in the room was not free, but it was in the lobby. I wrote them an email to that effect. The front desk staff went out of their way to find a power supply I left behind and mailed it to me.
I am very likely
to return to the Williamsburg Marriott.
I might recommend it to friends.
