New members of Congress were receiving training at the hotel and the place was crawling with secret service agents who kept watching everyone. It made me nervous and I kept expecting to be stopped and searched. I was at a convention and the hotel was not open to the general public yet after making renovations. I doubt these problems occur often.
With all the secret service people running around the hotel, it seemed unlikely that there would be problems with people who did not belong at the hotel.
I am very likely
to return to the Williamsburg Inn.
I might recommend it to friends.

It was a good location even though the literature was misleading about distance to local attractions. The room was clean and spacious. The service was prompt, friendly and polite. It had convenient parking.
I am somewhat likely
to return to the Williamsburg Inn.
I might recommend it to friends.

The Williamsburg Inn hotel is a fabulous hotel with world class amenities. The staff is always professional, helpful and goes above and beyond to meet the guests needs.
The hotel made us feel important by remembering our names, always calling us by name, being friendly and having everything in the room perfectly designed and arranged.

I would definitely recommend it to friends.
