The hotel has beautiful rooms and great amenities. It also has a super staff, very helpful. It is located one block from the White House. They had the most comfortable bed I ever slept on.

It was absolutely wonderful! It is so full of history and beauty and in perfect proximity to all attractions.
This hotel made me feel excited: There is so much to do and something new around every corner. Just exploring the hotel was a treat in itself.

This is a very comfortable hotel with decent, but not great, service.
The rooms are very old school decor.
The gym is excellent.

The location couldn't be beat. The hotel has fantastic views and the lobby and common areas were beautiful. The staff was friendly. But I thought it was silly that the hotel wanted me to pay $10 for Internet access when I was paying over $300 for the room. The in-room thermostat didn't allow much control of the room's temperature. Calking in the bathroom was in bad shape. The bed was comfortable. In the end, it's a hotel room - granted there is some value in being in a beautiful and historic place.
