Arrived at the Wildflower having booked our reservation through AAA, only to find that someone had placed our reservation (which had been scheduled for over 3 weeks) on the "wait list". Also learned that the hotel was overbooked regardless of our reservation. We arrived around 7 p.m. and there were at least 4 other reservations that had yet to arrive, but they choose to send me and my family (with tired children) to another hotel and said we'd have to come back to the Wildflower the next day. NOT HAPPY with this management,although the clerk helping us, Sue, was a peach and tried her best to make it right. I would suggest you check and double check your reservation confirmation with these folks or you could be on the street!
52 year old with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
It was far enough away to not have the constant traffic noise of Sedona, yet only about 10 min. drivetime to all the action. The origional ad was alittle misleading in that it had no smoking mentioned on some rooms; but, all were non smoking rooms, actually. no pool, yet the in room jaccuzzi made up for that. All in all, a nice place.

The only reason I chose this hotel was because of the "value". I called the hotel and informed the manager that we would be traveling to Sedona for my birthday, so I asked her what kind of deals she could give us. She price matched the price I saw ...

We found the front desk very pleasant to deal with, the room was all that we expected and the location enabled us to visit Sedona before a drive back to Phoenix the next day to catch our flight home.
