The shuttle service needs improvement. The hotel also needs conveyor walkways.

This hotel made me feel excited: The whole family loved the indoor and outdoor water parks.

I am very likely to return to the Wilderness Hotel and Golf Resort.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

It is a fun place for families. It has clean, plain rooms for families. There are many fun activities for kids. It is busy though and you must not mind dealing with lots of other people. The worse thing is the hallway noise at night time. Kids and people are running up and down the corridors.

I am very likely to return to the Wilderness Hotel and Golf Resort.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
