Hi, My complain is against WILD WILD WEST HOTEL F LAS VEGAS NV, who has fraudulantly charged my credit card for $75.36.
I visited Las Vegas and stayed in this hotel one night of April, 2008. I entered in the room around 6 PM and left room around 7 PM for the Las Vegas shows. I came back in the room around 1:15 AM in the night. Now, while checking out, the customer service representative told me there there were FOUR movies rented by my room and were watched for 1-30 mins each during the duration I was out of my room. I disputed that I was not in the room, still she did not listen to me saying that this is on their bill/system and She is going to charge me this amount dispite of my refusal. THIS IS AN ANAUTHORIZED CHARGE TO MY CREDIT CARD. Never stay here or get ready for unpleasent morning of checkout.
