55 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure

very unfriendly staff. Telling us once that there is no smoking is enough, if we've already said we don't. Also, lecturing us on making sure we don't is just too much. Whenever we asked any questions we were treated like we were imposing. Very hard beds, I wouldn't go back.
