Okay
The desk attendant couldn't understand that we had prepaid for our room online and ended up double-billing us. The room was very large, but incredibly outdated with a teal and green color scheme and old yellowish fixtures. Good free breakfast...

Excellent
We were very impressed with our room. The staff were very friendly and accomadating. We felt right at home and will definitely go back. We will also recommend the hotel to all our friends and family. Don't know their ratin but we give them 10 stars....

Room wireless service has problems. Work on getting high speed to avoid issue such as personnel that do not have wireless. Dataport dial up takes too long when corresponding with detailed documents.
