The room was ready, and check-in and check-out were quick and easy. Room service was punctual and the food was of good quality. Any needs were quickly met.

I was attending a convention and the service at the banquets was the poorest I have ever experienced; the steak was not chewable. I was very disappointed with the Marriott. I would have expected this with a Holiday Inn, but not a Marriott.
