Its a decent hotel, with excellent location. There are lot of places near by hotel from where one can eat. Hotel size is bit small but rooms are very neat and clean. Also, I found manager quite humble and helpful person. I would love to go their again and again. Just go to westsiderentals.com and book your room now.

I liked the location of this hotel very much. Staff of hotel take special care toward cleanliness. Rates that I found here are much cheaper than other hotel compared with same facilities.

I stayed at the WestSide Rentals Santa Monica on 520 Colorado last week. The place is a crack house turned flop house. No a/c (having the option would be nice, despite the CA weather); It's extremely noisy-- lots of truck traffic. The bathrooms are shared. The room itself was very average. This is a place where the owners threw down some newer carpeting and that's about it. Spend the extra couple of bucks and stay elsewhere. This place is too depressing, even if you're planning to just sleep there. Don't be fooled by any photos or descriptions, and don't waste your $. Stay a couple miles away from the pier, pay a comparable price and be much happier and feel a lot safer.

This is a great place to stay if you are not looking for all of the perks of a 5 star hotel. It’s clean and comfortable. Just keep in mind that you get what you pay for, and the price is right!
