The staff had a take it or leave it attitude and the rooms were nowhere near as nice as the pictures on the website. I could have put up with the less than par rooms but the attitudes from most of the desk clerks was almost unbearable!

The hotel did not match the website. No iron or ironing board. No coffee maker. Rooms are dark, carpet is not clean. The bathroom was very clean, the maid service was very good however, the carpet never appeared to be vacuumed. The walls are paper thin between the upper and lower floors so if you plan on getting sleep when folks are coming and going forget it! The rooms (newer section) have a microwave and refrigerator which appear new but the door only has a dead bolt lock.
