The front desk clerk did not want to honor the upgrade that we had due to us since we had such a low rate. He offended us by his attitude.
This hotel made me feel comfortable: The beds and pillows were really nice.

It was an outstanding experience. They had a very helpful staff.
This hotel made me feel extravagent: This particular hotel was more plush than other Westins I've seen. It was easily one of the better hotels in the neighborhood.
