The Westin Hotels and Resorts are very good at providing their customers with a high level of service in a luxurious environment. If your goal is to enjoy the service and surroundings, then Westin Hotels and Resorts are worth the price.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: Weston Hotels and Resorts are very easy to stay at. There are no hassles. I like the soft pillows. I have no worries.

The rooms were a little outdated. It took thirty minutes to get robes delivered. Otherwise, it was in a great location, with a friendly efficient staff and a superb restaurant.

The Saint Francis is a beautiful, old line, classy San Francisco hotel on Union Square within walking distance to almost everything and it is on the cable car line to Fisherman's Wharf.

It's in a good location. Their staff is well trained, and their attendant service is excellent. Their Concierge was fantastic. They had good food, and a good mini-bar. It's a luxury level hotel, I give it 3 1/2 stars.

The rooms were nice and the hotel had a great location, with shopping nearby. The hotel has great history.

This hotel made me feel pampered: I loved the heavenly bed. They also had a heavenly bath but I did not care for the scent of their bath products.

It was easily accessible, centrally located to MUNI and BART and generally a nice hotel. It was roomier than I expected after staying another nearby hotel. The concierge was very helpful.

This was a luxurious hotel with many amenities and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. We had a good view and a large, comfortable room. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and professional.

This hotel made me feel respected: The Westin hotel treated me as an important guest. That made me feel respected.

I have stayed at this hotel on three occasions for work. My first two stays were sublime. I had large, clean, and classic Westin comfortable rooms. The staff was attentive, polite and efficient (though the reception queue is always too long).

However, on my third stay I was put up in the old wing. I did not realize there was even an old wing until this stay. The room was half the size, oddly shaped, and the walls were paper thin. I could hear everything that went on outside my room. And as luck would not have it, two men had a long and loud conversation at 4 am, shattering my sleep and exacerbating my jet lag.

Either way, the location is fantastic for the San Fran business visit as is it is close to a lot of the offices around Union Square and a five minute drive to the main freeway for access to the whole Bay/Valley area.

So, love the place in the new wing, hate the place in the old wing and with so much competition nearby and not prepared to take the risk again.

I did not like the price of parking.

It is a fine place, typically up to Westin standards.

We booked three rooms together. One room smelt of smoke. The housekeeping staff tried to fix problem, but did a poor job. They should have left an air cleaner in the room.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: The beds and the bedding are wonderful. They have good size rooms and clean bathrooms. I like the bathrobes, too.

The location at Union Square was very convenient for shopping.

This hotel has unbelievably comfortable beds, and exceptional service! It's in a prime location since it's in Union Square. If you are here to tour the Bay Area, you're just a train ride away from all that you need to see. This was our first visit to San Francisco, and we couldn't have made a better choice, we will definitely return. The only downside is that parking your car is $45 a day in their garage!

The hotel was very nice and centrally located. The room we had had a beautiful view and it was spacious. The staff was very friendly. I felt safe.

This hotel made me feel secure: There was a guard checking room keys before allowing access to the tower elevators. The doors had a safety lock. The peephole showed the entire hallway.

The room was comfortable but too small.

The hotel has a good location, pleasant rooms, but slow elevators.

It did not live up to its reputation. The bathroom was very small. The room was not thoroughly cleaned, a child's dirty shirt was on the floor when we checked in. The parking fee was outrageous.

It has a very good location. The room my wife and I were in was smaller than what we were expecting. I received a discounted rate, but hear the normal rate is four hundred dollars a night. You're definitely paying for the location!

We loved this hotel. It was very nice and has a 1930's charm to it. We got lost on our way and someone at the front desk was ready to stay on the phone with us the whole way, at 1am! Thank you!

The location is perfect. The staff was very accommodating. The room was beautiful with a spectacular view.
