Though this hotel looks impressive from the outside it has a kinda cheese old world feel to it (think crushed velvet) and the staff is not the most friendly.

It was typical of their excellent service, courtesy, and of course, proximity to everything. It still has that old San Francisco elegance.

I am very likely to return to the Westin St Francis.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

The location was perfect, centrally located to many attractions in the area as well as restaurants.
