This Westin offers a very good value for the price. They had nice room and amenities that was why we stayed there when visiting the Orange County area.

It was a very nice enjoyable room, good amenities, and a very comfortable good bed.

This hotel made me feel secure: It's a well managed hotel and there were alert staff out front and at the front desk. I felt that it was a very safe environment.

It was a nice hotel, nothing extraordinary. There was nice shopping in the area and the hotel was fairly convenient to area beaches, by car.

The hotel was very nice looking and was quite clean. However, the beds and pillows were uncomfortable.

This hotel made me feel important: We noticed that the others staying there seemed to have a lot of money. That, and it's a pretty swank joint in and of itself.

The hotel is in a great location for access to the highway, and within walking distance to a great mall. It had comfortable bed/bedding -- almost as good as mine at home.

I slept in the most comfortable bed ever.

I love the Heavenly Beds, the mirrors, you name it!

I'd rather stay at a hotel where a refrigerator and microwave were available in the room. One would think for the price per room that the hotel could well afford it.

The Westin name is synonymous with luxury and first class service. The Westin trademark "Heavenly Beds" are known throughout America, as well as the Westin properties world wide.

The Club Spa at the South Coast Westin offers aromatherapy, reflexology, massages, and any other services. An outdoor fitness room allows guests to enjoy the wonderful weather. After a workout, walk across the bridge connecting the Westin hotel to the South Coast Plaza shopping mall. Touted as the “ultimate shopping resort", it lives up to its moniker. Boutiques and award winning restaurants fill the three levels. A hotel shuttle is available for those who buy more than they expected.

At the Westin South Coast Plaza Hotel, the people were kind and helpful.

Nice property. The staff is not the friendliest in the world.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: Room appointments, nice furniture, bed. Etc.

We requested a baby crib and the crib was just as heavenly as the king size bed. Our 5 month old daughter was sleeping in luxury just like us. We thought that was very impressive.

I can only say that I wish my experiences with the hospitality and the restaurant industry were as smooth and pleasant as what had at the Westin Costa Mesa.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: The employees all had an air of relaxed efficiency and knowledge of how to treat hotel guests, especially in terms of solving problems for guests. This is such an important combination of skills that, sadly, most hospitality employees these days do not have.

I am planning a meeting at the Westin. Our organization has used their facilities for several years running and have always found them to be terrific.

This hotel made me feel secure: I saw nothing that made me feel uncomfortable. The hotel is located in a very lovely area.
