I disliked that the room I requested was not available.

The customer service manager is a professional and curious person and very well spoken. This hotel staff and appearance was great. They helped me fill out for a preferred card and that reall helps on my trips.

It was fine. I have stayed there before and the service is fine. It is conveniently located, easy to get to, comfortable, roomy and reasonably priced. I received a special price because of the convention I was attending there. It has a bar and a restaurant, but they are a bit too high priced for me. There are several other eating establishments within easy walking distance of the hotel.

I had to change room and was charged for items that were not accounted for. Before we left had to call to make adjustment. The price of drinks and food was good.

The location was noisy due to the airport. My room smelled as if it was smoked in illegally. The gym was small and did not have many machines. The food and ambiance at the restaurant were horrible.

The room was dirty and it smelled musty. The lamp shade had burn holes from the light bulb.

The hotel was efficiently run, but was not set up to exceed expectations. The hotel was not set up for large crowds even though it caters to business and conference clientele.

It's a nice hotel with good amenities. It's a bit expensive, though.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: The queen bed was very nice. I also received a bottle of water every day of my stay.

It was a positive visit overall, but I didn't appreciate the overcharge that required handling later. For a luxury hotel, that is unacceptable.

This hotel made me feel practical: It was a good, basic hotel stay, with an exercise room, which I needed. It was better than staying in a motel, but the differences were not all that great.

It's always a pleasure to work with the staff there, even when travel plans change. They are very accommodating to our needs. The Westin rooms are famous for their Heavenly Beds -- a real treat for frequent travelers.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: It has Heavenly Beds, of course. In addition, the staff does everything they can to accommodate your needs.

I was annoyed to have to pay an additional fee to use the exercise facility

There was a lack of adequate reading lights at bedside for reading at night without disturbing my spouse.

Everything was fine, nothing stands out either way. The room was nice, and room service was good.

They gave me a good deal on my room since I was stuck in LA overnight. The staff was friendly and my dinner at the restaurant was very good. I was only there briefly, so I didn't make use of the facilities. The shuttle to the airport ran frequently, which was nice.

I have just returned from spending 8 days at this hotel. I was quoted 129.00 per night, but the hotel attempted to charge me 173.93 per night. A company was paying for my stay and the desk clerk told me that they had to swipe my credit/debit card for additional charges. They placed a hold on my debit card in the amount of $1,379.73. The management was accomidating and removed the charges, but the desk staff was less than helpful, and didn't achieve any satification until I demanded to speak to the general manager. I will never stay here again.

This hotel was clean and modern. The room was decorated nicely. It was quiet even though it was close to LAX.

They are pricey, if there is no discount. But the quality is good.
