I checked in to the hotel and it took me 10 minutes waiting in line. In this day and age, that is too long. I stayed for one night and used a park and fly package. They overcharged me $100 over the price they quoted. I had to send them proof of my reservation. In all my travels, this is a first. They issued a credit but didn't say they were sorry.
I do not recommend this hotel if you are using it to get to the airport. A lot of the hotels have switched to a third party shuttle service to take people to and from the airport. This is not a good service. The shuttles are too few and far between and they crowd you in shoulder to shoulder. They now share with a La Quinta, Holiday Inn and another hotel so you have to stop at each one on the way to and from the airport. Try to find a hotel that still has their own shuttle.
The rooms are typical Westin. They are nice and comfortable. The staff was not great but not bad either.
