32 year old male with a economy budget, traveling for leisure
We were there for a convention that was being held next door. Despite the huge amount of traffic and annoying people, the staff was super friendly and very accommodating. I highly recommend it!
This hotel made me feel excited: The pleasant environment of the restaurant and the lobby made the times when we had to wait for our other guests very nice. Plus the air of vitality everybody had could not help but transfer to us!

I love the beds. The bathroom was not well lit. The electrical service needs to be updated.

18 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for business
The location was great especially since the station was very convenient to get to the convention center. The rooms were great, it was very easy to get a good night's rest. The beds were very comfortable as usual at a Westin hotel. The service was fairly prompt. I did not use room service but I called to get extra towels and pillows as four of us were staying in one room.

We liked this hotel very much. The bell workers went out of their way to be helpful. The suite we stayed in was beautiful. The decor of the room and the bathroom were luxurious. The price was fantastic. The additional shopping area attached to the hotel offered food at reasonable prices. The only downside was that most of the places were not open on the weekend. Other than that the hotel was wonderful.
This hotel made me feel excited: We were met by an enthusiast bellman.

They have great customer service and easy access to the highway. Good restaurants are not near but the hotel restaurant is ok. The internet in the room is not free and the room is smaller than I expected.
This hotel made me feel respected: The service was accommodating to my requests.

I had lived in Dallas, yet I had never stayed in this hotel. This was very convenient for my activities while in Dallas. I loved the property, the room, the location and the service. I would not hesitate to visit them again.
This hotel made me feel welcome: Upon arrival the friendly staff greetings and the manners of the bellman made one feel welcome and pleased.

Parking is difficult. The hotel itself is on a divided street so keep going down road from the highway and a turn around is just after the light.
