The staff should be positive and accommodating, knowledgeable and helpful.

The only problem was when I asked for extra towels and the maid acted like I was a bother.

Parking was easy, the valet is quick and efficient. The restaurant food and the service were excellent, but a little pricy. The lobby was a little awkward. You had to either walk up a long flight of stairs or wait for the elevator. It was a nice hotel though, with a mall across the street and close to many things to do.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: The rooms were practical. The staff made you feel welcome. The rooms were comfortable.

It’s in a good location. It’s a clean hotel with a professional staff.
