Was going to stay for the week but only lasted two days and left for somewhere decent.
Our mattresses were the worst I have ever slept on. The bedroom ceiling fan was not usable becasuse it made a loud clicking noise. We called the desk and they said they would "send someone over" but they never showed. Several of the lights were burned out. You could kill yourself in the bath tub with no handrails. No hotwater on our second morning. No internet. Twenty year old tv sets that barely worked. A sofa that was so broken down that it wasn't fit to sit on. I found 3 spiders the size of a silver dollar, big black and ugly. I can only wonder that since I saw and killed 3 of them, how many were lurking elsewhere. The staff was non-responsive to any request
this is a good resort to stay and and take advantage of their free tickets and cheap stay. DONT BUY! We regret that we bought with westgate, our friends have another time share that uses a point system and it is a much better system if u want a time ...

This is Westgate the Boss of Timw share and they proved it with this stay, it was clean, neat, and a greta location. Will stay heer again, and no one tried to sell me anything which was a fear of mine when I booked at such a great price.

My comment as a visitor they will treat you well. You're staying in timeshares that was fraudelent and mislead by Westgate. Stay a visitor not a owner....
The site was beautiful in the Ozark Mountains of Branson Missouri, the Sales Person was very nice, very educated on the resort, answered all our questions, the staff that closed our deal was very informative. We look forward to using our timeshare...
