the look of the place is beautiful. the waterpark in great for the kids. my problem is the way David Seigel leads people to believe that this is the way to go. my wife and i will have our 2nd vacation there this year to meet with friends from Ohio. this is the 2nd year that they have screwed up our account. i am tired of trying to tell the ignorant people that work in the accounting dept. about there screw up. each time we get paid in full they always try to tell us we owe more. this year the "friendly" staff won't like me when i leave. i plan on telling everyone that goes to the "presentation" just how ignorant these people are.
