Westfields Marriott Washington Dulles Hotel

This is an excellent hotel for a conference. The food was excellent. The rooms were clean and modern. The bathroom could have been a bit larger. The walls were well insulated to prevent guests from hearing one another.

This hotel made me feel welcome: The staff was polite and friendly.

The location was very convenient to the Dulles airport. The room was comfortable, but the toilet was broken when I checked in. They fixed it immediately. The doorperson was wonderfully friendly and nice. The worst thing was that you had to pay per minute to use the internet in the business center. I have been to many hotels and I never had to pay. We all know not to stay on those computers very long, but making us pay per minute meant I could really not conduct the business I needed to over the internet. Other than that and the conference rooms being very cold I liked the hotel and the people working there were very friendly and helpful.

This hotel made me feel welcome: My room was ready when I got there even though that was before noon. I really appreciated that.

The hotel was close to the airport.

The entrance to the parking lot was a little confusing. Everything else was great.
