Horrible
43 year old with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
On first checking in, the bum digging through the trash scared my wife. When we left, we forgot a couple of things in the drawers, which were 'not found' by the housekeeper. The daytime staff was rude and refused to do anything about it.

It was a nice hotel, not really expensive. It would have been nice to have a continental breakfast, which they did not have.

One Time Dirty The next time Clean

Mediocre
Alarm clock next door went off for a long time late at night & no one staying in that room
Showers ( water not draining)
Rug -did not clean carpet old rag & cups under the bed the second time we stayed

Good
45 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
We got stuck in a blizzard. They were very busy but we never felt rushed. We got a discount, not knowing they offered them, they took the time to ask.
My husband and I are both disabled. Without asking they gave us extra assistance in getting us a room close to the desk and helped us with our bags
