Western Big Sky Inn Motel - Page 1

I had a confirmed credit card reservation for a late arrival. I arrived late evening in a torrential snowstorm...the interstate had been closed...come to find out this innkeeper gave away my room that was to house my ailing wife, elderly father and tired dog and myself. All the other hotels in the area were booked up since there was no travel on the interstate. It was freezing cold, we were all exhausted after a long trip and all this idiot could say was that he was sorry. Someone probably slipped him a twenty and that was that. The confirmed reservation evidently meant nothing to him and it could have been life threatening that late evening. Never give this place your business.

we loved the staff , the room . very clean rooms, & they have new beds, rooms have fridge & microwave .
