This motel is in terrible condition with a questionable clientelle. No air conditioning, window screens were torn out, curtains were torn, no locks on windows, light sockets were empty, the clothes rod was hanging, the sink was pulled away from the wall and drained onto the floor, the toilet flushed reluctantly. Beds were saggy, pillows were flat, bedding was worn. At least it seemed clean and was quiet at night.

The location of the hotel was great; right in downtown Burlington. However, everything else about the place was horrible. When we walked into the hotel room it looked like it was not vacuumed in a week. There was garbage on the bathroom floor as there was no garbage can. The walk in shower had not been cleaned as there was a piece of garbage stuck to the outer wall. The sheets had been changed and were clean however the comforter had huge holes all over it as well as a piece of gum stuck to the inside. The table and all of the counters had not ever been cleaned.
It was a last minute trip so all the other hotels were booked and we had no choice but to stay there. I actually went to the local store and bought bleach to clean the room myself! This was not the only room like this. My friends room was in the same condition as mine. When I went to talk to the manager he was not willing to compensate us for anything. He was very rude. I would not stay there again.
I recently had a friend from south of Seattle come up and stay at this hotel, the west winds in mt vernon. I paid for it in advance for 2 nights and had the receit. My friend called me the first night and they said they knew nothing of it. They...
The phone service was horrible. The desk clerks were down right rude!!. The manager was particually rude..........(she identified herself as being the manager). I found the maids, for the most part, to be nice. The sink leaked. And the room was hot...
