Had 2 wonderful experiences at the Waterfront Plaza Hotel. The staff, from the Valet to the Front Desk to the Housekeeping were wonderful. They always greeted everyone with a smile & a cheerful welcome, which included using the guests names...

We stayed here after attending the Giants baseball game. We rode the ferry which is directly behind the hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful. We had a private balcony overlooking the water. Lovely...
42 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
Looks nice on the website... This hotel was over priced and under equiped. I stayed a few months ago, and found that the train was quite overbearing at night. Also while i was staying my rental car was damaged and was never told so by anyone. While the staff at the front desk and valets were very curteous and helpful, when i tried to inquire about my damaged rental the upper management could not be bothered with it, and accused me of fraud. Buyer beware dont pay too much, and maybe take the train in!
