The best thing about this hotel is the location. It's a lovely and reasonably priced B&B on a beautiful brown stone lined street right on Washington Square Park in the heart of the village. As with all NYC hotels, the rooms are tiny. But the comfortable beds and charming decor make up for it. The breakfast is great and the staff is friendly and helpful with directions. There is also a great bar/lounge with lots of character and charm. Locals claim it's a very hip place to meet for drinks. I will definitely stay here again when I visit New York.
