I've stayed here year after year around the holidays and this year I have had enough! Upon check-in I was asked if I wanted a half-day stay (?). I should have known then, but they were all smiles as I went about my business. Hey, who doesn't like a bargain, right?

The night before Christmas Eve, I was awoken by a woman screaming bloody murder and running down the hall. I called down the manager who didn't do anything, and seemed bothered that I even called to report her. The next thing I heard would scare me forever. A gunshot, and it was just a few doors down! The cops were called, and they came to my door three times. No one slept less than I did.

With all of the commotion from the other nights, I wonder how often this occurs at this place. The next day I checked out, and the management pretended like they had no idea what had happened. I got no sleep during my stay there because the walls are thin and I especially didn't get sleep the last night there. Management here is indifferent, uncaring, and useless. The customers that go there are quite questionable and have no regard for curfews. Beware! The Warner Gardens Motel is not a place to feel "at home."

The staff took my frequent stays for granted. One person actually said, "Since you've stayed here so many times before, we don't have to explain anything or assist you. You know what to do." This was during check-in. I received no assistance with my bags or room location.
