Excellent
First class!No airport shuttle. The Warner Center Marriott was more than one could expect. The rooms were very clean and the staff was helpful and friendly. The concierge could use a little help but the hotel was first class overall.
My son had his wedding reception at the Marriott and they did a wonderful job. The food was delicious and everything went well.
I loved our stay at The Marriott The people at the desk were always accommodating and friendly. They went that extra mile for me to obtain any information I needed. The beds were very comfortable as well as the new comforters and pillows. An exhaust fan should be added to the bathrooms to reduce the humidity and heat created by the shower and hairdryer. Our smoke alarm went off 2x's due to this problem. The breakfast buffet was delicious but was worked off walking to the parking garage that was a little inconvenient and costly.
It is also located near malls for great shopping and restaurants. A courtesy car picked us up when we didn't have the transportation that day!

Staff was great but did not do what they were told.Only 2 computers in business room -1 was broken, no water in exercise room 2 out of 3 days. Everything was great except when I told them about the water bottle was empty early one morning the next...
Convenient location.Parking was costly.

Convenient location.Parking was costly. The hotel met my needs for this trip. The room was extremely clean. The staff was very friendly. Would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Friendly staff, great bedding.Parking charges. Very good value, newly renovated rooms with fabulous bedding & flat panel TV's. The valet parking service was excellent, though a bit pricey at $18.00 per day + tax.

Felt very comfortable.There wasn't anything that I disliked at the hotel. Had a very good stay at the hotel and would recommend it to anyone had needed to stay in Woodland Hills.

Location.$10 for internet, $13 parking both daily. Turns out the Holiday Inn up the street is a much better value, and also in a great location with newly remodeled rooms. Oh yes, this includes internet and parking.

All the staff was friendly and helpful.Charged extra for a refrigerator. The staff was friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable but we expected two queens instead of two doubles. The room service did not start until 6 AM and we needed it...
