Felt very comfortable.There wasn't anything that I disliked at the hotel. Had a very good stay at the hotel and would recommend it to anyone had needed to stay in Woodland Hills.

Location.$10 for internet, $13 parking both daily. Turns out the Holiday Inn up the street is a much better value, and also in a great location with newly remodeled rooms. Oh yes, this includes internet and parking.

All the staff was friendly and helpful.Charged extra for a refrigerator. The staff was friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable but we expected two queens instead of two doubles. The room service did not start until 6 AM and we needed it...

Huge.Rooms were on the small side. We were very impressed with the cleanliness, the size of the hotel in general, the computer room, the meeting rooms, the helpfulness, the coffee shop, the pool and hot tub. All were at the top of my ratings list.

Very nice rooms and common areas in hotel.Couldn't find anything wrong. This is a 3 star upscale hotel with all the amenities. The area around the hotel and many nice restaurants, and shopping.
