Do not patronize this establishment. The free breakfast is cheap and so is the staff.

My room was freezing, and I was very sick, they did not care to even check the window was shut tight, I had to do it.

The front desk was rude cold and unprofessional, and the security is lax. The atmosphere is dead. The TV room shuts at 12.

It’s farther up town than Gershwin and others for same price. It was also empty by the way and others places sold out. I don’t wonder why.

Throwing out a few bagels and muffins and Sunny D in morning was all they offered for breakfast.

I was there for a week. The first impression I got was that I’ve been here before. They have no imagination and only mean to get money off the budget conscious travelers.

I came in from the cold from Jamaica. My room was freezing even after I complained. They couldn’t have cared less. It was just windows they said. I got the flu, and was sick for two weeks. I found out the window was not shut right. I was to sick to do anything

The staff was rude. The TV room had only one small TV, and they shut it down at 12. They have a free breakfast, but it’s just cheap bagels, frozen muffins and Sunny D. I would not stay here again.

I was uncomfortable the whole time. They have clean showers, but the water was either too hot or too cold because they don’t bother to fix the faucet to control it. So you either freeze or burn.
