It was a business trip that felt more like a vacation.
This hotel made me feel elegant: The personnel at Walt Disney Resorts make you feel elegant just by the way they treat and take care of you. When checking in, one of the bellboys recommended that due to some construction work going on, we would be more comfortable in another part of the hotel.

When we are at the Swan, we feel very carefree and happy. The people who work there are friendly, and seem to care how you are getting along in their hotel. They are very helpful and knowledgeable.

The hotel check-in staff was rude and had a 'can't do' attitude. At the restaurants, the staff did not have it together, causing long delays and errors in food service.
This hotel made me feel relaxed: While staying at the beach between the two hotels, I felt very relaxed and rested.

The front staff was very unhelpful and because of them I would probably never stay there again.
This hotel made me feel relaxed: They had a wonderful beach area in the middle of the hotels that was quite relaxing. They also had great eating establishments that were more comfortable to me.
