Disney resorts are the best of any hotels I have ever stayed in.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: Everything is very comfortable.

The hotel is dated. The decor obviously needs to be modernized. The shower handle did not work in my room, but to their credit, someone came right up to fix it when I called the front desk. The grounds are beautifully kept.

This hotel made me feel welcome: They were very prompt with all the requests, room service, etc. They really did their job at making my boyfriend and me as welcome and comfortable as possible.

The Walt Disney Resorts are worth what you pay for indeed. I will definitely stay at the resort in the near future.

This hotel made me feel extravagent: The environment of the resort made me feel so important…like I was royalty. The whole setting was fabulous.

We were there for a convention. Check-in was chaos and we were later billed twice for our rooms; it took weeks to sort it all out. I'd never stay there again, if it were my choice.

This hotel made me feel elegant: The personnel at Walt Disney Resorts make you feel elegant just by the way they treat and take care of you. When checking in, one of the bellboys recommended that due to some construction work going on, we would be more comfortable in another part of the hotel.

When we are at the Swan, we feel very carefree and happy. The people who work there are friendly, and seem to care how you are getting along in their hotel. They are very helpful and knowledgeable.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: Many staff and security people are always available to help in any way needed.

It was a very, very positive experience! It was nice to have a great price offered for such a luxurious hotel.

This hotel made me feel excited: The resorts are designed to get visitors excited about the whole Disney thing: the gift shops, views of parks--the whole Disney experience.

This hotel made me feel welcome: The room we received was enormous. We were very comfortable and were able to get an educator's rate, so we booked for an extra night before the convention.

I enjoyed dinner @ Bluezoo quite a bit.

The room was a little cramped with the beds and dressers so close together. It only had one chair squeezed in the space between the bed and the window. The glass items on the dresser between the beds was hazardous for the kids.

This hotel made me feel content: Anything we needed was provided. If we called for pillows or blankets, service was quick. The beds were very comfortable. The staff was courteous and helpful.
