The service at the Dolphin is the BEST. We arrived at midnight, a bit disgruntled because it took us an hour to get from Disney World to the hotel 4 miles away, thanks to bad directions. They gave us a room upgrade w/ a beautiful view of the lake
This was the best hotel I have ever been to! The hotel was beautiful, and the rooms were spacious. This was the first time I ever visited Disney World and it was amazing. We had dinner at Shula's and it was very delicious. I would recommend this
The hotel was beautiful. Wonderful pools, AMAZING food, and lovely fountains.... Parking is $13 for the day and $16 for 24 hours. The rooms were not as great as you would think but they were still nice. The character breakfast was delicious and ente

My son and I recently stayed at the Swan while vacationing at Disney. We had an awesome room with a great view. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful. The pool is fun for both adults and children. The fitness center is small but had topnotch machines. The beds are incredible. The room also had a good size refrigerator in it that we did not expect. They have great coffee and tea in the room for you to make enjoy in your room or to take with you in the provided to go cups. We loved the option of taking the boat to the parks. There never seemed to be a wait for a boat. The buses on the other hand always had long waits. The staff was very friendly and helpful at all times. We loved our stay there and will definitly go back.
I thought the lobby area was beautiful. The kids loved the expansive pool. The room itself was nice sized, although it would have been nice to have a refrigerator. It's location is great--near both Epcot and Hollywood Studios, as well as the Boardwalk. The boats to DHS and Epcot were a nice change from the buses. The staff was top-notch.
We had made reservations through our conference site, and asked for a double. When we got there, we had been a assigned a king. We got it changed easily enough, but the view was horrible--over the conference hall/parking lot.
The room was always humid--it has a sensor that turns off the ac if no one is there, but it also turns off at night when we were sleeping. It would get really hot/humid. The decor was nice, the room was clean.
The rooms were in the 160 range, it was for a conference, so we weren't paying, but I would have hoped for a little more for the price. However, overall, I would recommend the hotel.

I was impressed at the level of amenities at the hotel and my room. It really didn't feel like a Disney resort even though it's located right in the heart of the park, across from MGM Studios.
I had a nice jog around the boardwalk area (it's about a mile loop) and got a nice workout at the gym (though I didn't like paying the extra fee to use it, and was surprised at how small it was - I guess people visiting Disney World aren't there to exercise!) And the pool was relaxing and had a lot of water features and slides for the little ones.
There were some really high end restaurants at the resort, and I had a great dinner at Shula's steakhouse and then drinks at the (amazingly crowded) Jellyroll dueling pianos bar.
My only complaint about the stay was that after a trip to Downtown Disney, the bus took over 30 minutes to show up to take us back.

Wonderful spacious rooms, incredible pool area...... Shopping, restaurants, plenty to walk to, shuttle to Disney. It is definitely worth the extra expense!
