Buyer beware!

27 year old woman with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure

We reserved the Waldorf for its location. Without our consent, guest relations from the Waldorf moved us four blocks away to a gloomy, no restaurant, far away from the beach, 1- star 'sister hotel'.

Since the sister hotel was located so far away from South Beach activities, we spent the first day of our vacation searching for a new hotel. I asked the front desk to speak to the hotel manager about the situation, and I was told that the manager would be unavailable for three hours and then leaving for the rest of the weekend.

In addition, the 'sister hotel' informed us that they had no relationship with the Waldorf. Buyer beware!

I am not likely to return to the Waldorf Towers.
I would not recommend it to friends.

29 year old woman with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure

This hotel was fun and comfortable. However, there were problems with hours posted for pool hours or the freshness of foods.

This hotel made me feel excited: The hotel had great entertainment and fun activities.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Waldorf Towers.
I might recommend it to friends.
