I would not recommend it to friends.

All Hiltons' customer service is over the top!

This hotel made me feel respected: They were efficient, very professional and courteous.

I am very likely to return to the Waldorf Towers.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

It was a very nice hotel with very helpful people.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: The rooms were comfortable. The personnel were polite and helpful.
