This hotel made me feel relaxed: We were greeted by name. Our complaints were listened to and taken care of promptly.

For the price I paid for the hotel it was great. All I was worried about was a cool, dry place to sleep at night and a decent bar to hang out at during my down time and that was what I got.

I loved it! I think they could have a better restaurant and snack bar though. I loved our corner room with the balcony. I really liked the pool, but thought there were too many kids running everywhere around the pool and no one regulating it, but that's to be expected anywhere on vacation I suppose. I thought it was a really good deal for the money. We switched there from another hotel that was not to our expectations and we were very happy the rest of our stay in Hawaii.

They have excellent prices. The hotel is close to the beach and they have a good travel consultant on site.

This hotel made me feel practical: It saved a lot of money and time by being centrally located.
