This is a small hotel that demonstrated the most outstanding service excellence I have ever experienced in a hotel. The personal service and attention stands right up there with the major high-end hotels. Anywhere in Hawaii is expensive, but you never mind paying a little more when the rewards are so many. It's the little details that count and making you believe you are the only clients in the hotel. It was amazing.
