Waikiki Grand Hotel

Aloha! My son and I were treated like royalty at this hotel. No detail was

overlooked or forgotten. The service, smiles and rooms, full excellence. As

I have stayed at this hotel numerous times... simply because I like it. The staff is very welcoming and friendly- willing to help you with directions or helping you find something good to eat. Although the hotel is "older", each unit is distinctive in decor and layout- some are vibrant with the walls painted blue, red and yellow; others have timeless Hawaiian elegance with bamboo furnishings. If you're looking for a particular room (like one with a kitchen) look at their website or call the hotel, the staff is more then willing to help you. I recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Waikiki and I will be back! :)

I stayed in several rooms of this hotel during my stay here because I kept extending my vacation by a day. They are all unique and beautiful. Rooms and service wonderful. Only complaint again is this last room smells like someone smoked all night. I actually think maybe a discount should be offered if you have to give out room that smells like an ashtray. Overall outstanding service & hotel.

This is not a 3-star hotel! The carpet was filthy, the drapes almost transparent, and totally outdated! Great location, nice staff.

The location was good and the decor was not so good.
